What the heck is Mini Moni?Mini Moni is a jpop (japanese Pop) band that was formed from Morning Musume members. Other bands such as 3Nin Matsuri and Pucchi Moni have been formed from Morning Musume.
The members are Nozomi Tsuji, Ai Kago, Ai Takahasi and Mika!
Will you allow wallpapers/designs/etc?Of course! As long as you aren't just stealing a picture ^^
If I'm not sure, Can I ask you if my picture is okay?Sure! Feel free to ask me anything! ^^
How do I submit a picture? At this time there is no feature to allow others to post pictures unless the password is given out. I don't want to say I don't trust anyone, but I don't want to give the password out at this time.
So if you wish to submit a picture, please note me and post a link to your picture. It can be uploaded on your website, your DA account. You can also send to me through AIM.

Can I have my picture posted here even if It's already submitted to DA?If it's already submitted, send me the link and I will add it to our member submissions page!

Do I have to submit art?Nope! You can just be a member!
